Who is Essential Assistant?

As a full charge bookkeeper with 30 years of operation and management background, I have developed an understanding of how departmental activities represent the financial stability of a company.  I have worked with many companies to establish efficient processes that create accurate financial reporting, which in turn provides important pricing, cash flow and budgeting information.

I have extensive knowledge of software including

• QuickBooks, PeachTree and other proprietory financial packages
• Microsoft software including Access, Publisher and PowerPoint
• CRM software such as ACT and Goldmine, for the particular marketing and company needs.

As your Essential Assistant I work with your Accountant, Staff and other business associates to provide the best and ethical business practices for you.
