Essential Assistant is owned and operated by Sandra
Martin. Her professional experience spans more than 25
years and consists of financial, operations, management
and marketing functions for small businesses. She has
worked all aspects of the "front office" from answering
phones to hiring and management of staff, and
coordinated projects by working with all levels of
management and staff in various departments to
implement action plans.
Essential Assistant was created to work with
business owners and their staff as needed to
complete projects, or just to help and pull
everything together. How we can assist depends on
your particular needs and wants which can be
discussed during the initial consultation. I have
found that as issues are discussed, the initial needs
are expanded into other areas not readily noticed.
Also, each company has it's own personality, what
works for one company may not follow another
company's personality.
